Green Mapmaker Hu Huizhe of Friends of Nature and I traveled to the city's 4th ring to meet with the Beijing Olympics environmental department. Good potential for a cooperative digital Green Map to be ready in time for August 08 when the Games begin!

It's a vast city with some wonderful people....more soon, as we are off to bicycle around this morning with 20 of the volunteers involved with the project here.
