This small project was supported by Friends of Nature and Nokia office in Beijing. In 2007, Friends of Nature trained several volunteers from Nokia on Green Map activities. And later they found themselves a good chance to practice Green Map event in their own office. Nokia China Campus was awarded LEED Gold Award by US Green Building Council in April 2008. It's the first new construction commercial building in China to receive this award. In order to have a deeper understanding of the Green building, more than 20 members of Nokia Environmental Ambassador Club, volunteering their spare time, made this map.
