In 2009, over 115 new Green Map projects got started. Over 100 Open Green Maps debuted, each offering a low-cost, interactive way to share green living sites as well as public viewpoints and assessments. Available anywhere, anytime, OGM has revolutionized access to sustainability sites. It's now mobile too - simply click GreenMap.org on your phone for the 'alpha' version, launched at our presentation at COP15 in Copenhagen. A new book about our Impacts can be downloaded free. Scores of newly printed Green Maps, community events, media interactions and schools projects helped millions of people get involved in sustainability for the very first time.
