I have a dream.
Some day in the future, there will be neither trucks nor factories. Instead, both sides of the road are beautiful trees and flowers. People in the city will ride their bicycles leisurely and safely along the bicycle only road around Tuh Keng(兔坑) on holiday mornings. Young people will go hiking in the mountains. Abandoned brick factories will become characteristic buildings which are full of district specialities. Dah Tuh Keng area will be like Yangmingshan in Taoyuan.

In my childhood, my teacher always said, “There are many hares in Tuh Keng.“ I often went to Tuh Keng to look for hares with my classmates. Although we never found any, we often saw snow white cloud far away above the green forest in light blue mountains keep falling down. That’s why I love mountains . Thanks to the “Cloud Fall”.

如果有一天，砂石車沒有了，工廠也不再排放廢氣及廢水
，整條道路花木扶疏。在假日的早晨，都市居民騎著腳踏車悠遊在兔坑環坑自行車道，年輕人選擇登山步道，廢棄的磚廠轉變成有地方特色的建築物，大兔坑地區變成桃園的陽明山…。

小時候老師說；「兔坑有很多兔子。」因此常和同學相約到兔坑找兔子，雖然不曾找到，但卻經常在一片綠海的遠方， 發現一疋白雲，由淡藍山脈頂上不斷滑下，那就是我愛山的緣起──雲瀑。

早期本地野兔繁多及流傳大蛇傳說…等故事，本地區的歷史與展望已有普遍了解與共識，預計以兔坑的過去與現況為主軸，在綠活圖上呈現不同時期的兔坑的風貌。
