This year, the city of Hamburg is "European Green Capital". Together with the City of Hamburg we are initiating the Youth Environmental Summit.
The whole project aims to gather and multiply the environmental activities of young people living in the wider region of Hamburg. This so called "Metropole region" has an area of approx. 20.000 km2 and about 4.3 Mio inhabitants.
This map aims to show as much of the ongoing environmental activities of young people in this region as possible to quickly find the closest active group in your region. Please contact us, if your initiative is missing!
That way we can altogether make our city the place we want to live in: green, social and fair for all of us.
Together with your friends you have the oportunity to initiate your own project and apply for funding. This will then be presented at the actual Summit from September 9th to 11th, 2011 in the Hamburger Stadtpark.

Dieses Jahr ist Hamburg "Umwelthauptstadt Europas". Zusammen mit der Stadt Hamburg planen wir den Jugendumweltgipfel.
Das Projekt soll die bestehenden Umweltaktivitäten von Jugendlichen der Metropolregion Hamburg (Fläche: ca. 20000 km2, Einwohner: ca. 4,3 Mio) zeigen und multiplizieren.
Diese Karte zeigt aktive Jugendgruppen der Region, die sich für die Umwelt engagieren, um Dir zu zeigen, wo in Deiner Nähe die nächste aktive Gruppe ist, damit auch Du aktiv werden kannst. Wenn Deine Gruppe fehlt, so schreib uns unbedingt eine Email und wir tragen sie ein!
So können wir gemeinsam die Stadt gestalten, in der wir leben möchten: grün, sozial und fair für alle.
Du hast die Chance zusammen mit Deinen Freunden Dein eigenes Projekt zu starten, Förderung zu beantragen und umzusetzen. Dieses Projekt wird dann zusammen mit allen anderen auf dem eigentlichen Gipfel vom 9.-11.9.2011 im Hamburger Stadtpark präsentiert.
