My purpose for creating the Green Map for Madison, WI:
-Leave the car behind - visitors and tourists should be able to experience Madison on their feet or bicycles
-Get off the beaten path - we provide insight on locations that are unique, local and most importantly, make Madison a sustainable place to live and visit.
-Unbiased opinion - no advertising or marketing revenue is behind this map. All the locations were chosen because of what they represent.

Madison has always ranked in the top ten for best walking and biking cities and so the Green Map provides the best sights that you can either run, walk or bike to.
